For All Users

Ody Drive collects location data while a driver is on an active shift. This data powers real-time fleet positioning and routing recommendations as part of Odysse's fleet orchestration system. Location data may be collected while the app is in use, and in the background during an active shift where enabled. Drivers can manage location permissions through their device settings; disabling location access may limit core app functionality (e.g. routing guidance, shift tracking).

We do not sell or trade personal information. We may share information:

• With service providers who support our operations (e.g. payment processors, booking management systems, DVLA for licence verification, GPS/mapping providers, cloud infrastructure and hosting providers)
• When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety
• With your consent or at your direction
• In connection with a business transfer (e.g. merger or acquisition), subject to this policy or an equivalent

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, including compliance with licensing, safety, and legal record-keeping requirements (which may require driver records to be retained for a set period after a driver stops working with us). You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at admin@ody.tech (passengers) or admin@ody.tech (drivers), subject to any legal retention obligations.
